What better way to get hyped to workout than to BLAST worship music and know that you are moving your body for God?!
Worship workout is just that—we will be strengthening our bodies, our faith, and our friendships by working out to some awesome worship music.
All fitness levels welcomed! (I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine; CPR/AED/First Aid certified through the Red Cross).
No equipment is needed by participants…but if they have resistance bands and/or light dumbbells (3lbs 5 lbs) it’s encouraged. I have some I will provide along with other ‘equipment.’
Workouts won’t be too structured but there will be stations and group warmup/cooldown. I’m more of a ‘go with the flow’ kind of trainer and will tailor each workout to the participants. No one under 18 without a parent/guardian (age limit is 13). All participants must sign a waiver.
