Nicole Ball

Nicole Ball and her husband, Nathan, have three wonderful, high-energy kids. Nicole has volunteered in Mosaic’s Kids Ministry since 2016. After nine years as an intervention specialist, she followed God’s call to step out of education and step into full-time kids ministry administration in 2025.

Nicole is dedicated to creating a safe, joyful space where all children can encounter God’s love and grow in their faith. Life with a busy household and a church full of kids has taught her many things—but her superpower is staying calm and unshaken, even when the check-in printers fail us and service has ran 15 minutes over.
